Yes, well... it took me longer than I thought to do post office stuff, so I don't think I'll make it to 200 tonight. I would have to stay up far too late.

Over on my main blog, DisOrganization, I said my unofficial goal was to have 200 active auctions posted at one time. Well, I'm seven away from that goal, and while I have to stop for a bit to pack some stuff for the PO, I'm fairly certain I'll hit 200 tonight. I mean, seven auctions is nothing.

Wow. 200 auctions. Ack. So, go bid!

I have a list for today as well. The items I didn't get done yesterday are on the list for today, and they will be put on the "list for today" until I get tired of looking at them and do them.

Actually, I would very much recommend a goal notebook. This is really working well. I haven't added any tabs today yet, but there's always that possibility.

Hmm. Maybe I should write a book about procrastination and how to get organized... after this is over.

*walks off to write that down...*

I've been working on my list of things to do, and trying my best to choke the QuickPad. So far, it remains unchoked. *g*

I now have a Goal Notebook, to keep everything straight. It has dividers like "Short Term", "Long Term", "Keeping Track", and "Thoughts and Ideas" in it. The front will house my daily to-do list. And it's working well, so far. The notebook is small enough for me to keep in my purse, so I can carry it around with me wherever I go. And it's big enough not to lose, too.

I'm thinking there will be more dividers before I'm done with this thing. We shall see.

I have a list, and I'm not afraid to use it.

There are ten things on my list of things to do today, well, eleven if you count baking a loaf of bread. I'm going to try to get all of them done today, so we'll see if that works. Since I'm without transportation, I can't up and leave for a drive in the country, however much I'd like to.

The trick will be not to get caught into writing all day, of course. When a book is going well, all I want to do is write. But I have too many other things to do before I can spend an entire day writing.

I think, if things go well, I will reserve my birthday for a day-long writing spree. I'm already off, since it falls on Columbus Day this year, and I think that would be a great way to spend my birthday. Don't you?

But we'll see.
